About Leadership+Design

Welcome to Leadership+Design

Whether you're joining us through a program, partnership, or by your own curiosity, you've found a community of school leaders, designers, and educators committed to building something better.

Start in the Commons

Everyone begins in The Commons, our open community space for:

  • Discussions around newsletter articles and big questions
  • Program updates and shared events
  • Opportunities to meet members in the L+D network

It's a space for connection, curiosity, and immersing yourself in the flow of leadership conversations. No subscription required.

Want to Go Deeper? Join L+Doers Unite

L+Doers Unite is our subscription-based community of reflective changemakers. It's where we go deeper into our leadership, our questions, and the kinds of conversations that don't always fit into a typical school day.

As a Unite subscriber, you get access to:

  • 12-15 live events per year that explore L+D concepts, spark conversations in the community, and connect you with thoughtful school leaders.
  • Weekly conversations to sharpen your thinking and deepen your leadership.
  • Monthly tools and member surprises that are ready to use in your school community.
  • Affinity Pods for exploratory conversations, feedback practicums, and designing change in your schools.
  • A vibrant network of L+Doers doing the work in schools.

Whether you’re building something bold, navigating complexity, or recharging your vision—you’ll find the people and tools to support you here.

Here with a Program or Project?

Welcome! If you're part of the Fellowship, Wonder Women, the L+D Design Expedition, or partnering with us on a project at your school, your program has its own dedicated space inside this network.

You're also invited to:

  • Join the open conversation in The Commons
  • Explore L+Doers Unite for even deeper engagement
  • Connect with leaders across programs and schools

This is your invitation to not just take a course or complete a project—but to find community along the way.
